You know that feeling when you have a lack of energy, creativity and drive? That is NOT mojo! Mojo is the ability to pivot, create and grow effortlessly. Mojo happens when you have an environment of trust, open feedback, creative problem-solving, respectful conflict and friendship at work. Crazy, right? Nope, that’s mojo.

Sales and marketing professionals are all tasked with revenue generation and attracting more customers, so why don’t they see eye-to-eye on everything? In fact, some don’t like each other much at all.
The Team Mojo program, over a period of 3-4 months, unstitches the aspects of team culture that have members working in unproductive and even toxic ways. Our framework uses the customer as a focal point to examine team behaviour and communication workflows that will support creativity, mutual respect, working with a new-found sense of mojo and smashing your targets!
If you are a Marketing and Sales leader with a team that isn’t achieving to their full potential, we can help. Give us a call or book time to find out how the program will work for your team.
Set a solid foundation when taking on a leadership role
Stepping up into a leadership role is exciting and challenging! It can also make you feel insecure about how to lead, inspire and motivate your team effectively, while also navigating some difficult conversations with your up-levels and staff.
Instead of flailing around trying to figure out the best way to communicate and get stellar results all by yourself, what if there was a roadmap for you to follow that helps you be a clearer communicator, create more engaging team dynamics and deliver on performance targets successfully? While learning content, imagine if you could integrate the concepts with practical application and the support of a coach.
It's difficult to envision how a program like this would work for you from a few short paragraphs, so give us a call and we can discuss and provide more details.
Expanding your awareness of how emotions trigger you to react to situations and people, helps you to better manage and respond intentionally to get the outcome you want.
Have you ever seen someone spiral out of control and lose peer respect due to worry, anxiety and self-doubt? They will generally try to swallow and hide these feelings from others, especially if they have been given feedback that colleagues don't appreciate them. It's kind of like dulling the colors of a rainbow and life starts to look more and more gray-ish. Some put on a brave, stoic face at work, so you never know who they really are or what they are capable of. Perhaps you have experienced this too.
Life is better when you can see and manage your emotions in full color. Not only do you start to acknowledge how you truly feel, but it gives the people around you the permission to be authentic too. This is a great pathway for trust, which is foundational to all relationships - business and personal. When you can be empathetic and connect with something in yourself to understand people more deeply, your connections are stronger and more meaningful.
Don't take my word for it! TalentSmart says 90% of top performers have a high EQ and it is responsible for 58% of your job performance.
Be more effective in work and relationships after a simple process of assessment, a few coaching conversations and exercises you can do on your own.
Carrie has an amazing ability to bring sales and marketing teams together. As an experienced marketer and sales person herself, she speaks the language of both sides and understands the issues they have to deal with. Her experience in these areas, together with her coaching background, makes her adept at not only bringing marketing and sales teams together, but also handle the sometimes big personalities common in the teams.
I’ve known and worked with Carrie in various roles over almost 20 years. Her integrity, discretion and energy have always been an asset to the team, the work we do and the fun we’ve had in our work. If you need your sales and marketing teams to perform better, work together better and generate more revenue for your business, Carrie can get it done.
Carrie’s coaching has given me an exceptional base to work with in coping with not only professional, but personal decision making. As I have been in a career transition, she has provided guidance and invaluable new “tools” with Emotional Intelligence awareness.
I have to admit I was skeptical, but I gave it a chance and started to put the coaching into practice and now use what I learned multiple times a day. It is quite remarkable how it has improved how I objectively make decisions, swiftly & confidently and life’s road bumps are more manageable. "My Mind Serves ME” Thank you, Carrie!
